Roland has more than twenty years of experience in senior corporate management.
He joined the Zalis team in 2006. Today, he specializes in outsourcing strategies and management for business corporations, public-sector entities and specialized firms.
He has also overseen several business combination projects (disposals, acquisitions, mergers).
He previously served as the head of development and strategy at Steria Infogerance, following the July 2000 merger into the Steria Group of the managed services business of Experian, which he had been managing since 1999. An expert in the sector, he started his career in managed services at the end of the 1970s, when he was the managing director and later chairman of Méthodes et Informatique, which in 1990 became a Bull subsidiary for managed and IT services and backup, and was renamed Integris.
Roland holds advanced degrees in economics and management control.
