Chief Restructuring Officer

Jean-Frédéric Navarre joined ZALIS in early 2026 as Chief Restructuring Officer. With 20 years of experience in turnaround, financial management and entrepreneurship, he acts as executive or close advisor to shareholders in situations of crisis, strategic pivot or divestiture.

His practice combines three dimensions. First, a rigorous financial perspective, drawn from his experience as Group Controller and from CFO mandates, covering fully loaded cost profitability, cash forecasting and debt restructuring. Second, operational execution, gained as an interim executive. Third, an intimate understanding of entrepreneurial life, tested by founding a company in the food industry and then supporting a cosmetics brand as investor and board member through to its sale to L’Oréal alongside Chanel.

Jean-Frédéric has worked on turnaround engagements in retail, industry, tech and the wine sector.

Pragmatic by nature, he favours rapid decision making and stakeholder alignment to preserve assets and jobs.

Jean-Frédéric holds a DESCF (DSCG) from CNAM/INTEC. He speaks English and French.
