Jean-François Habert has over 20 years of professional experience as a Chief Financial Officer in international groups.
Since 2005, Jean-François specializes in the financial aspect of Zalis projects. With a particular talent for handling numbers, he succeeds in modeling complex financial systems and has modelled all business activities, notably debt restructuring, capital increases, and choice of financial structure. He has a particular expertise in the real estate (hotels) and services industry.
More recently he has been involved in the following projects:
- Financial investigations in a hotel project;
- Financial analysis of many different business plans;
- The financial modelling of activities regarding the turnaround of an international video game company on the verge of bankruptcy;
- Establishing necessary management tools to follow the cash flows from operating activities of a car manufacturer in Eastern Europe.
Previously, he was CFO for different corporations : Groupe Concept (3 years) Bernard Tapie Finance group, Avia-Urbaine des Pétroles (Group Elf-Aquitaine).
Jean Francois has a diploma from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (1978), a PhD in Organizational Sciences (Université Paris IX Dauphine 1981), a DESS in Economic Sciences (Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas 1980) and a DECS (1980).
