Frédéric Rensonnet

Corporate Restructuring Senior Advisor

Frédéric joined ZALIS in July 2023 as a Senior Advisor in Restructuring. He works on complex projects defining and implementing transformation or restructuring plans for companies in difficulty, paying particular attention to human issues.

Frédéric has been managing companies for over 25 years, either directly or on behalf of third parties, in various sectors including energy, construction, ESN, e-commerce, IOT, software publishing, retail and education.

Starting out in the trading room at Banque Indosuez, he then moved on to finance and general management positions in industrial companies in the aerospace and automotive sectors until 2007.

From 2008 to 2015, Frédéric headed COFAM ENERGY, a leading French start-up that he founded in the photovoltaic sector.

As Chief Restructuring Officer, he is regularly involved in the turnaround of companies in difficulty as an expert in change management, HR and social performance.

Most often involved in out-of-court reorganizations, Frédéric assumes management responsibility for companies in receivership to save jobs or strategic assets.

For several years, he has been involved in developing the business and the investments of single and multi-family offices.

A former magistrate at the Versailles Commercial Court and an enthusiastic traveler with a passion for literature and wine, he also enjoys learning about the history of art and new technologies.

Frédéric is a graduate of ISG Paris and holds a DU in the law relating to corporate distress from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

He is fluent in English and French.
