She supports executives and their teams in managing complex agendas, preparing strategic meetings, and coordinating governance bodies, ensuring operational efficiency and smooth decision-making at the highest level.

Recognized for her rigor, discretion, and ability to anticipate needs, Marie-Isabelle Gonzalez thrives in high-pressure, confidential environments where prioritization and team coordination are essential.

She previously served six years at Perceva, an investment company supporting French businesses in redevelopment, as Executive Assistant to the President, and eight years in the audiovisual sector at Kayenta Production, contributing to the coordination of ambitious projects and the operational follow-up of productions.

Today, drawing on this dual experience, she brings organization, expertise, and strategic support to ZALIS.
