Grégoire Duban has over 30 years of change management experience in turning around and transforming underperforming companies in France and Europe. He has held general management, financial, and business development positions in a variety of manufacturing and service industries including energy, electronics, agrifood, health, digital technology, and the automotive industry (technical inspections, expertise, and certifications).
By managing transformation programs, he developed expertise in operational performance improvement, crisis management, and external growth.
Grégoire is an independent consultant and was previously Senior Director of Finance at Alvarez & Marsal. He also currently serves as Senior Advisor at Grant Thornton Executive and Largillière Finance. He has managed due diligence and turnaround projects for investment funds and helped turn around companies including Financière Turenne Lafayette (William Saurin), Soitec, DEKRA Automotive France, Diana Ingredients, Gravotech, and Sediver.
Previously, Grégoire spent over 12 years working for investment banks (Banque Indosuez and Crédit Agricole) in the US and France. He also managed multiple M&A and corporate finance projects and co-managed a private equity fund in New York.
A PMD graduate of Harvard Business School in Boston and a Business Law graduate of Panthéon-Assas University, Grégoire was also trained as a financial analyst at the American Institute of Banking of New York.
