LEISURE AND GAMES : Turnaround and restructuring – operational and strategical support to a large French group in the casino sector.
Zalis was involved in all aspects of the turnaround of a French group, leader in the casino sector. Daniel Cohen, President and Founder of Zalis, and his team advised and supported the group during its capital fundraising, its restructuring (including financial restructuring) and in particular in obtainng an agreement on the debt with the group’s bank syndicate.
As a result of Zalis’ involvement there was a rescheduling of the debt (which avoided a forced disposal of assets), a capital increase and changes in the corporate governance.
