START-UP IN THE FIELD OF DIGITAL IMAGE RECOGNITION: “A GENERAL MANAGEMENT MISSION TO SAVE THE COMPANY”

2002 - A start-up using a new technology to develop digital image recognition products was on the verge of bankruptcy after two years, mainly due to an ill-adapted marketing strategy. Its shareholders asked Zalis to prepare and present a new business plan, and to take operational control of the company. Zalis was able to produce and implement a rescue plan, which ensured the long-term survival of the company.
