The entrepreneurs thinking about risk management is not always part of our corporate culture. And even less the approach of integrating it into corporate culture management. Risk assessment is the first step of prevention often cast off when starting a business. However, as everybody knows, the ignorance of risk factors can take a fatal twist to the company. It is a pity since if the risks are detected, they are more controllable. As it is rare that a risk is totally unknown, it would simply be allocated a low probability of occurrence.
