At the end of 2003, Zalis guided the target identification strategy, the negotiation phases in view of acquisition, due diligence, takeover of target companies, handling of the restructuring phase, the merging process. Zalis intervention secured the entire procedure and improved the company’s operations.

Company developed logistics software and had been growing continuously for 10 years. After a shareholder conflict, the company’s business dropped. At the end of 2001, Zalis took over the Company’s management, handled restructuring, set up an efficient financial structure, and rescued the parent company’s remaining business with a view to continuation.

Start-up uses a CNRS technology and develops highly competitive digital imagery products for the recognition of people, vehicles, and objects. The marketing was off-target, and after two years of operations, this company was on the verge of bankruptcy. At the shareholders’ request, Zalis presented a new Business Plan and took control of the company. Zalis developed a rescue plan and allowed the company to continue its business.
