• In July 2008, a receiver has asked Zalis to guide a market-leading group in the individual housing construction industry in France in order to manage its critical cash flow crisis.

An action plan was implemented at a national level over a year.

Zalis intervened in support of the management and owners to accompany the downturn of the group by deploying an operational team to audit the group and its different business units, which were fragmented across the territory, and to recommend the necessary actions to rescue the business.

Once the rescue was successful, the group found a buyer in September 2009.
