The receivers are involved in order to prevent troubled businesses, going under either as ad hoc agents or conciliators. Their main role is often to negotiate with the creditors and lenders of the company. They will not manage the business but will play a mediating role with the suppliers, banks, social and tax authorities… in order to find a solution and to favour an agreement between the company and its creditors… In this case, they could ask Zalis to establish a diagnosis to locate the causes and difficulties of the situation in order to propose an action plan and to help management to implement it.
