Zalis has designed an original engagement methodology, adapted to each target market and taking into account each cycle in the life of a company. The Zalis method is based on combining:

- Project management methods applied to the whole company (including: assignment, goals, team, schedule divided into phases and tasks).
- Key priority adapted by Zalis: choosing risk management as an indicator for strategic decision making.
- Thorough and clear presentation of findings and recommendations: through checklists (divided into phases/tasks/deliverables/validation)

Payment for assignment
- Preliminary analysis:
Flat rate, leads to an estimate for the project construction phase.
- Project construction phase:
Billed as a lump sum, depending in company size and the extent of requested diagnosis.
- Implementation and steering of operations:
On a cost plus basis, billing for the time spent by the Zalis team on the assignment.
- A variable part is paid upon achievement of goals.
- End of assignment:
Possible coaching.
