PAYMENT FOR ASSIGNMENT
- Preliminary Analysis: Flat rate, leads to an estimate for the project construction phase.
- Project Construction Phase: Billed as a lump sum, depending on company size and the extent of the requested diagnosis.
- Implementation and Steering of operations: On a cost plus basis, billing for time spent by the ZALIS team on the assignment. Our appraisal takes into account the members of the intervention team in the Company (at least one Managing Director) as well as an allowance for unforeseeable expertise.
- A variable part is paid upon achievement of goals.
- End of Assignment: possible coaching.
