Crisis operational management:

• At the beginning of 2007, this hotel group found itself at the heart of a battle between its shareholders, and Zalis was asked to take over operational control of the group with 24 hours’ notice. Within one month Zalis had stabilised the situation and was taking an active role in the operational management of this crisis. The intervention of Zalis made possible the sale of part of the group and a successful exit for Zalis’ client.
