From 2001 to 2003 : Beginning of the activity, mainly focused on the technology sectors

2004: Increase in the size of our clients and the scale of our assignements
- A first larger assignement: the acquisition of France Telecom’s video games subsidiary
2005/2006: Diversification of the sectors covered
- The automotive industry in Poland, with a mission in crisis management and the takeover of an industrial site
- The media sector in France and Canada with a mission in operational management and the supervision of an acquisition
- The manufacturing in France with a turnaround assignment covering several industrial sites
- The services sector with an assignment to assist a SME to manage a situation of rapid growth
2007/2008: Larger scale assignments in an international context
- Renowned assignment in the hotel industry for Royal Monceau, with the implementation of a team who counted up to 18 different people.
2008/2009: Zalis becomes a key player in turnarounds and restructuring in France
- Major assignments like the restructuring and rescue of Geoxia (500>1md€)
- The magazine “Décideurs” ranks Zalis among the best crisis and transition management companies in France
2009/2010: enlargement of the scope of Zalis, thanks to its alliance with Attali & Associés, Jacques Attali’s consulting company
- Zalis increases its legitimacy and broadens its scope with its rapprochement with the consulting firm Attali & Associés
- Zalis confirms its position in the Mid-Cap sector
