'Guiding the general management for the implementation of a business plan and solutions to exit the liquidity crisis':

• In December 2009, an European bank, the main creditor of a group of clinics in receivership, called upon Zalis to find out if the situation of their customer was irremediably compromised and/or if solutions were possible. A flash audit was performed by Zalis after which the bank decided to use Zalis to guide its clients, so that it can be rescued bankruptcy. Since January 2010, Zalis has on one hand guided the company during its recovery, and on the other hand helped the bank with the disposal of part of the group assets.
