Zalis is a new concept of company in France: the offer is aimed at troubled companies’ active shareholders in every sector including the TMT (Technologies Medias Telecommunication), where businesses face a critical stage of development. With these shareholders, the role of Zalis is to define and implement new strategies to bring about change and to lead the corresponding operations.

This expertise is born from the coming together of a group of managers and entrepreneurs who have extensive operational backgrounds, it is based on the definition of the strategy to be implemented together with the client.

The team then undertakes to manage the operations in order to achieve the set objectives.

Top managers able to led missions

We are looking for candidates who have already acquired several years of experience as a General Manager, which includes global responsibility of a full operating business. They have to have demonstrated their ability to restructure and/or develop entire operations, including all the general management functions. Their experience helped them to become familiar with the concepts and techniques used in different sectors, especially technologies. Finally it is very desirable that they already had experience of entrepreneurship.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneur who knows how to control risks. This is an operational manager able to act quickly and effectively. His professional background reflects his appetite and his ability to take up the challenges and to take risks. Thanks to a high intellectual level, he handles figures and concepts easily, he is rigorous, but not systematic. With strong human values that he loves to share, he is used to reconciling decision making in difficult contexts with a deep respect for others. He has no difficulty in combining a sense of organization with a sense of commercial development.

A general consultant

We are looking for a consultant for an immediate hiring, with strong knowledge in corporate finance, in equity financing, and in particular in financial engineering. A few years of professional experience are required. Spotless editorial quality is imperative. You know how to be flexible but also how to defend a project entrusted to you. You have shown rigor. Passionate, you do not pay attention to the time you spend working and you are thirsty for knowledge. Finally, you enjoy sharing and working as a team.

A final year intern

For a period of six months or more during the year 2010-2011, to integrate the operations and current missions. Among a very high level team, you will contribute to strategic and financial analyses, to strategic positioning studies, to financial and industrial packages. Depending on the missions, you will be able to accompany our partners in our customers businesses. A good level of English is required.
